Fear me not

That is the call, when the spiritual world emmanates into the material side of appearance whenever an angel appears to humankind, people hear the words "Fear me not, I am coming to tell you a new message..."

The terrible thing today is, we don't learn to breath correctly anymore. And as a result of this, we are terrorised by our own faulty balance. That causes us a lot of pain and desease. But instead to cure the whole being, we are used to cover the symptoms by rather expensive means, consuming pharmaceuticals and steorides, where in fact we were not required at all.
As a matter of fact there are increasingly reasons denying us to feel relaxed about our life. It would be the first and most important goal if we were to learn a healthy relation between inspiration and articulation. We feel ourselves not proactive anymore, compared to a couple of generations ago, when breathing was still much better informed by speaking, if not by singing, and 150 years ago in the countryside nearly every work was accompanied by working songs, followed by dancing after hours.
Here is an opportunity to look into this important field of remedial breathing. Through many years John and Jocelyn Wilson have followed up the connection to breathing and its remedial value between the academic work of Konstantin Buteyko (born 1923-2003) and Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), who during his lifetime held about 6000 lectures, containing all the wealth of his results of Spiritual Science. Creating a new approach to so many fields of work he applied a deep familiarity with the science of breathing, covering everything between Oriental Yoga, via the new development of Speech and Recitation to the new educational system of the Waldorf School in a balance of breathing in Head, Heart and Hand.
"For this is a great secret: all the healing forces reside originally in the human breathing system."(Rudolf Steiner) We can call the field of healthy breathing Pneumatosophia (pneuma = greek for spirit or inspiration or wind)."The wind (=orig. pneuma, Greek) blows where it will and you hear the sound of it, but you know not whence it comes or whither it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit (=orig. pneuma, Greek)"(John 3:8).
Here it is, check it out. Everyone would be happy to find new aspects for their knowledge on breathing and its manifold connections within life, some will need it for remedial reasons, and others again can practise it to their advantage as I consider it a wellspring of quality time.
